What is a Liquid Facelift?

A Liquid Facelift uses injectable fillers, rather than surgery, to reduce signs of aging.  There are several different kinds of injectables, and although some produce similar results, each differs in its own way and has its own area of strength. Bellafill
Injectable collagen filler that can instantly smooth your acne scars and smile lines for a beautiful natural-looking correction that lasts.

Botox
Works to smooth wrinkles caused by muscle activity. Most often used on frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet (smile lines around the eyes).

Juvederm

Liquid Facelift vs. Traditional Facelift? You choose.

While the traditional facelift can be helpful in addressing sagging skin and wrinkles, it has the most impact on the lower part of the face. So if you want to address signs of aging on your forehead or around your eyes, you’ll need additional procedures.

Your Liquid Facelift with Dr. Chang, however, is customizable and can address signs of aging on all parts of the face, including:

• Sagging skin
• Wrinkles
• Fine lines
• Jowls
• Hollows beneath the eyes
• Folds around the mouth
• Sunken facial features
• Pucker lines around the mouth

The traditional facelift requires surgery, which means you run the risk of complications associated with anesthesia. It also requires serious downtime for recovery, and also leaves behind some incision scars.

The Liquid Facelift, on the other hand, requires no incisions and no anesthesia. It’s non-invasive, which makes it both safer and more convenient.  Although you may want to take a day or two to allow for potential swelling or redness to subside, for the most part, you can go about your regular business shortly after your Liquid Facelift. Plus, no scarring!

Additionally, while the traditional facelift tends to produce somewhat exaggerated results, the Liquid Facelift (especially in Dr. Chang’s hands) produces natural-looking results, so when you look in the mirror, you’re still you – only better!
