Aramis Acne Laser Treatment

 How does the Aramis Laser work?
Aramis laser uses a patented wavelength of laser light that pulsates through the layers of skin’s to the sebaceous glands. It thermally alters the reactors in the sebaceous gland, reducing oil and bacteria production, thereby reducing it in size.
Is it Aramis Laser for Acne painful?
Most patients find the treatment very refreshing. In some cases a mild tingling sensation can be felt.
Is Aramis Acne Laser Treatment for everyone?
Yes, acne patients of all ages can undergo this procedure. All skin types including tanned skin, can be treated. What’s more, it’s easily scheduled during a lunch hour with the ability to return immediately to school, work and other normal activities.
Prior to Aramsi Laser treatment?
Your physician will want to know your medical history including any medications you may be currently taking that might cause photosensitivity. You may be asked to remove all make-up, moisturizers and /or topical medications prior to treatment.
How many treatments are necessary?
Between four and five treatments are administrated; one every three to four weeks. After the initial series, additional maintenance treatments may be recommended. Depending upon the size of the area to be treated, a treatment session can take up to thirty minutes.
What results can I expect?
A decrease in the number of acne lesions should be experienced shortly after the first treatment. As treatment continues, a gradual improvement will be observed with a typical reduction of 20% in the number of lesions per treatment.
